TERMS AND CONDITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please ensure all stock items are delivered 7 days prior to the start of the Auction. A completed entry form does not guarantee acceptance, and late entries may be refused without notice. All engines must be securely strapped to a pallet and free from leaks. If there is outstanding finance on a vehicle or machine, you must notify us at the point of entry. An in-date settlement letter from the finance company will also be required. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any entry form at any time. I HEREBY SUBMIT the above items for inclusion in the next auction subject to your Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. I UNDERSTAND that the Auctioneer reserves the right to sell the item to within 10% of the guide/reserve price. All Lots entered are subject to a £5.00 Listing Fee and £5.00 HPI Fee. Vendor’s Commission: 10% on the first £7,000 of the Hammer Price, then 4% on the balance (plus VAT). I have included a reserve in the description box above on any items I wish to be sold with a reserve. I UNDERSTAND that a reserve can only be placed on an item valued at £100 or more. I UNDERSTAND that all unsold lots left on the auction site and not collected will be automatically reconsigned into the next sale and sold at the Auctioneer’s discretion. Reserve prices may be removed at the Auctioneer’s absolute discretion where a Lot has been entered into three consecutive auctions and remains unsold. On the fourth occasion, the Lot will automatically become unreserved. This provision may be exercised where the reserve price is deemed significantly above Auction Market Value and inconsistent with current Auction Trends.
