The Role
We’re seeking an organised and proactive Auction Administrator to keep our auction engine running smoothly — from cataloguing and customer communication to invoicing and post‑sale documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage auction listings on our online platform.
- Process buyer and vendor registrations and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare invoices, take payments, and issue post‑sale documents promptly.
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, transport companies and the yard team.
- Support auction setup: lot entry, catalogue checks, and sale‑day admin.
- Ensure VAT compliance and adherence to company procedures.
- Provide admin support to the Auction Manager and Accounts.
